Swedish Massage: For a relaxing and therapeutic massage, the Swedish technique helps with increasing circulation, reducing pain, reducing joint stiffness and reduce any muscle tension or headaches that you may have.

Deep Tissue Massage: Ideal for people suffering from chronic pain from a past injury or people who have been strenuous on the bodies from work and/or daily life. Deep Tissue is aimed at reducing scar tissue (knots or adhesions) which have been developed over time in the muscles and tissues causing stiffness and aches. It helps promote healing, reduce stress, and increase circulation.

Hot Stone Massage: Warmed smooth basalt stones are used in conjunction with Swedish massage techniques. It radiates a soothing heat that encourages deep relaxation of the muscles and reduces stress. The smooth stones itself can be used to ease knots and stiffness in the muscles.

CranioSacral This powerful form of light touch can create dramatic improvements in your life. It releases tension deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance.

Aromatherapy Massage: Aromatherapy massage is massage therapy with the addition of one or more essential oils to address specific needs. The massage therapist can select oils that are relaxing, energizing, stress-reducing, balancing, etc. Aromatherapy massage is particularly suited to stress-related conditions or conditions with an emotional component.

Shiatsu: Shiatsu is a form of Japanese bodywork that uses localized finger pressure in a rhythmic sequence on acupuncture meridians. Each point is held for for two to eight seconds to improve the flow of energy and help the body regain balance.

Reflexology: Reflexology involves applying pressure to certain points on the foot that correspond to organs and systems in the body. Reflexology is very relaxing, especially for people who stand on their feet all day or just have tired, achy feet.
