Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a form of treatment based on the principle that there are energetic pathways, or channels, throughout the body that influence associated internal organs and structures. Energy from these pathways surfaces at various points on the body, identified as acupuncture points. Each of these acupuncture points serves as a tunnel, or access route, to the deeper circulatory channels within. Extremely fine gauge needles are inserted at selected points, stimulating these points and thereby activating the body's natural healing abilities.

Custom Orthotics
Orthotics are shoe inserts designed to correct the improper biomechanics of the foot, helping to alleviate discomfort and allowing for efficiency while walking, standing, and running. The most effective orthotics are custom-made devices that are crafted to meet the specific needs of a particular individual. Custom orthotics are created using an impression of the foot called a cast, which duplicates the misalignments in foot structure. Using the cast and computer technology an insert is made that can balance out deformities, correct those misalignments.
